Cooking Suggestion
Preheat your oven to 200 °C (180 °C fan). Lightly score the skin and rub with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Place sea bream on a bed of lemon slices and fresh thyme, then roast for 25 - 30 minutes, depending on size, until the skin is crisp and the flesh flakes easily. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and serve alongside roasted vegetables or a light salad.
Storage & Preparation
Keep chilled upon delivery and use on the same day for peak freshness. Rinse under cold water, pat dry, and season just before cooking. This whole sea bream is ready to cook straight from its packaging.
