Cooking Suggestions:

Preheat your grill or skillet to high-heat. Rub the steak lightly with olive oil, season with sea salt and cracked black pepper, and add chopped fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme. Grill or sear for around 2–3 minutes per side (depending on thickness), for a medium-rare to medium finish — the firm texture retains moisture well. Serve with grilled vegetables or a light salad and a wedge of lemon for contrast.

Storage & Serving:

Keep chilled on delivery and use within the “use-by” date for optimal freshness. Rinse lightly under cold water, pat dry, and allow to come to room temperature for ~10 minutes before cooking. This steak is ready-to-cook straight from its packaging.
